My name is Linda Sue and I am the proud owner of the Mother Goose Quacker Factory family home day care. I began working with children in 1971 and instantly discovered my passion for working with infants and young children. After 10 years of dedicated learning and gaining experience working for University Children's Center and Lovett's Preschool in Riverside, CA, I was able to start my own Family Day Care. Over the past thirty-two years I have had the best time teaching children and watching them grow up to be amazing adults. I am licensed for 14 children (2 infants, 10 children over the age of 1 and 2 children of school age). I have an assistant, Abby who shares my same passion for children's education and growth. I have a Child Nutrition Food Program that includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Our day begins between 7-8 am with play time (no TV), followed by breakfast, then, if the weather is nice we enjoy the outdoors in our large fenced backyard. By late morning we begin our lesson plans for the day. This typically includes story time, learning the days, months, seasons, alphabet and much more. While the younger children enjoy arts and crafts, the older children practice writing letters, numbers and basic kindergarten preparation curriculum. After lunch is served there is a nap followed by snack time and play time until they are picked up. Every day brings something new and wonderful at the Mother Goose Quacker Factory. We look forward to many more years of meeting new friends and watching them grow!!

 

               My name is Diane Delgado and kids love to call me Miss.Diane!! I have been working with Linda sue in child care for about 10 years now. I bring creative and exciting education ideas to keep the kids interested and learning!  I make hand made birthday hats of their choice! I help create healthy lunch ideas that we can all enjoy sitting at the table eating family style! I cherish their smiles and really enjoy getting to know each kid and there wonderful personalities so we can build great relationships! Hope to see you come join our fun and exciting daycare!
